Katie Toth is an journalist, activist, and theatre brat who divides her time between chipping away at a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in European Studies at the University of King’s College, Halifax, and fighting the patriarchy with an iron fist.

Her torrid affair with campus media started with writing an editorial piece about reproductive justice in her second year of university. Since then, she took on a position as Sex Columnist for the Dalhousie Gazette (2009-10), before moving on to become Opinions Editor of the Dalhousie Gazette (2010-2011) and Disability Issues Co-ordinator for the Canadian University Press (2011). Now, she’s a freelance journalist, and an editorial assistant for Religion Dispatches (2011-?). She loves it.

Toth is also an dormant member of the theatre community. She is, however, currently putting her editorial skills to good use and dramaturging a script for a new and exciting play. She could dramaturge yours, too, if you asked her nicely.

Uh, I think I found a notebook/journal of yours in a weird spot on the University of Waterloo campus. Do you want me to mail it back to you (to the address on the first page of the notebook)?

I’m like 99% sure I have the right person, but just to be definite: if/when you respond can you say what sticker is on the back of it?
